Hospice Physician

Northwell Health’s Hospice Care Network is seeking a Part-time Hospice Physician to join their well-respected program at the Mary Ann Tully Hospice Inn in Melville, NY. This role offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive end-of-life care in a high-quality and professional environment within a Joint Commission accredited not-for-profit healthcare organization. • The facility offers specialized care for patients transitioning from hospital to home or in the final stages of illness.
• The Hospice Inn features 18 beautifully appointed private rooms, a family-style kitchen, sunroom, and outdoor terrace.
• Conveniently located along major highways on the Nassau-Suffolk county border.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive end-of-life care.

Compensation

• Salary: Commensurate with Experience.
• Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity.

Requirements

• Open to BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Palliative Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine Physicians.
• Preference for Board Certified Geriatric and/or Palliative Medicine trained physicians.
