Hospice Physical Therapist Flexible Schedule & 6 Weeks PTO

VitalCaring Group is seeking a Hospice Physical Therapist to plan, organize, and deliver services focused on comfort, function, and quality of life. You will educate patients and families to promote dignity at the end of life, following physician plans and hospice guidelines.

As part of a supportive team, you will collaborate with clinicians, supervise PTAs, participate in IDG meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
