Job Details:
- Join a compassionate, interdisciplinary palliative care team dedicated to supporting patients and families during life's most meaningful moments
- Deliver holistic inpatient palliative care bedside consultation services alongside a Fellowship Trained Physician, APPs, social worker, and chaplain
- Provide care in both inpatient and outpatient/ambulatory palliative care settings
- Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, promoting a healthy work-life balance
- Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Record system for seamless documentation and care coordination
- Participate in the ongoing development and expansion of the palliative care program
- Significant experience in palliative medicine, oncology, hospice, or geriatrics is strongly preferred
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Palliative Medicine required
