Hospice Nurse Aide, Part-Time

Job Description

The Nurse Aide provides care according to the patient needs as directed by the clinician. The Nurse Aide assists in the patient care anticipating patient family needs in a proactive fashion. The Nurse Aide collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care.

Job Requirements

In Kansas, CNA Kansas and HHA Kansas certifications are required.

• Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year
• Cert Nurse Assistant (KS) - Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services, Home Health Aide Certificate (KS) - Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services
