Chapters Health System is seeking an LPN to support hospice patients under RN supervision. You will perform nursing tasks, manage dressings, catheter changes, venipuncture and IV therapy in accordance with the plan of care developed by the IDG.
Requirements include active LPN licensure in Florida, IV certification, and BLS. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed to meet visit schedules; some infusion duties may be preferred.
