Responsibilities include:Leading day-to-day hospice operations across the Connecticut service areaEnsuring compliance with federal, state, and local hospice regulationsManaging financial performance, quality metrics, and operational outcomesLeading interdisciplinary teams and developing managersDriving patient, family, and employee satisfactionBuilding relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partnersOverseeing strategic growth and census developmentHospice Executive Director – Healthcare, Educational Requirements, and Qualifications for the State:BSN – 3 years of Hospice ExperienceMSN – 1 year of Hospice ExperienceBranch Health Administration – 2 yearsRN, not a requirement, but Hospice is mandatory.Master's Health Administration 1 yearStrong leadership team experience for growing the hospice branch.CompensationBase salary: $150,000–$175,000 annuallyBonus: Eligible for quarterly bonuses and Sign-on Bonus EligibleLeadership benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), etc.) are included.
