Hospice Executive Director
The Hospice Executive Director/Administrator will provide leadership across operations, clinical services, regulatory compliance, staffing, financial performance, quality, culture, and market development.
This leader will be accountable for ensuring that the agency delivers high-quality interdisciplinary hospice care while meeting operational, financial, compliance, and organizational objectives.
An active Registered Nurse license is required for this position.
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license required.
Approximately two to five years of healthcare-management experience or comparable leadership experience.
Hospice leadership experience.
Thorough understanding of Medicare hospice certification and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated experience supervising clinical, professional, and administrative personnel.
Working knowledge of healthcare operations, financial management, staffing, quality, compliance, and interdisciplinary care.
Ability to build relationships and represent the agency effectively within the community.
Strong communication, leadership, judgment, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to operate effectively in an accountable, outcomes-driven environment.
