As a Hospice CNA at Addus Family company, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients in their homes, supporting comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Working closely with RNs and the interdisciplinary hospice team, you’ll assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and oral care, while observing and reporting changes in condition. You’ll offer emotional support to patients and families, follow individualized care plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
