Clinical Liaison RN (Hospice)Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Schedule: Monday–Friday + rotating weekendsAt Queen City Hospice, we are committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care during life's most important moments. We are seeking a Clinical Liaison Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in fast-paced healthcare environments and is passionate about enhancing the patient and family experience.The Clinical Liaison RN serves as the primary clinical contact for hospice referrals, providing bedside assessments, admission coordination, and care transition support.
