What You'll Do

As a Hospice CNA, you'll play an essential role in helping patients remain comfortable in the place they call home by providing compassionate personal care under the direction of our clinical team.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
n
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
n
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
n
• Supporting patients and families with kindness and compassion
n
• Documenting care accurately and timely
n
• Collaborating with nurses, therapists, social workers, and physicians
n

Qualifications

n
• Current Arizona CNA license
n
• CPR certification
n
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
n
• Ability to travel throughout East Central Tucson
n
• Hospice or home health experience preferred but not required
n
