Responsibilities
- Oversee hospice and palliative care services
- Provide clinical oversight
- Perform hospice certification and recertification
- Lead quality initiatives
- Offer consultation support for providers and care teams
- Provide direct patient care focused on symptom management and end-of-life care
- Collaborate with team physicians and referring providers to coordinate care
- Peer review quality of documentation of physicians and mid-levels
- Ensure appropriate pain control consistent with current hospice and palliative standards
Compensation
- Lucrative compensation $350,000+ bonus and more
Shift & Schedule
- All days - Monday through Friday
