Hospice Admissions Nurse — Compassionate Care Leader (DailyPay)

Goodwin Living, based in Alexandria, Virginia, is seeking an Admission Nurse for hospice admissions. The RN will assess patients, develop a plan of care, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to ensure timely and effective end-of-life services.

Responsibilities include conducting admission assessments, initiating plans of care, communicating with families and providers, and ensuring documentation and SOC processes are completed in a compliant, compassionate manner.
