Hose Assembly Lead

We are 100% employee owned with a passion for growth and excellent service to our customers.We are currently looking for a Production (Hose Cell Lead) for our Supply Chain Division located in Kaukauna, WI.What will you be responsible for?Provides coaching and work direction to both regular and temporary team members. Oversees and authorizes timesheets.Oversee the product assembly process to ensure quality standards are followed and finished products meet specifications.Assemble, clean, tag and mark hose assemblies according to customer requirements and Company quality assurance practices.Assemble kits, sub-assemblies and other value-added items according to customer requirements and Company quality assurance practices.Prepare assembled items for shipping.Attends meetings, communicates with other departments, and provides information to managers about any problem that occurs or areas for improvement.Participate in processes and programs aimed at continuous improvement and safety.Performs other duties as directed.What will you need?High school diploma or GEDMinimum 3 years general warehouse or manufacturing experience in a manufacturing environment, 1 year lead/supervisory experienceSkills for this role?Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge).Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.Mechanical aptitude.Understanding of customer drawing's and industry standards.Understand of job sequencing and deadline's requirements.Problem solving and decision making skills.Able to balance positive culture and teamwork environment.Proven leadership in a warehouse setting preferred.Want to know more about the job?-Job Type: Full-time-Salary: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour-Profit participation payout each quarter based on company profitability.-Annual company contribution to your ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) retirement account.-Work location: Kaukauna, WI Relocate before starting work (Required)- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including medical and dental insurance, life/AD&D insurance, short and long term disability, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, personal time off, 401(k) and ESOP retirement programs and more!Equal Opportunity Employer
