We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Homeschool Enrichment Program Director to lead and enhance our innovative homeschooling initiatives. Responsibilities
- Foster open communication with children, families, staff members, and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards across all program activities.
- Oversee child-lead how to workshop activities.
- Actively participate in PE style games and activities as well as planning fun and engaging activities for the kiddos.
Experience
- Proven experience overseeing children in a group setting, including experience working with children from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Demonstrated success in managing and maintaining a fun and safe place for our kiddos.
- Familiarity with homeschool education a plus, but not required.
- CPR Training is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with children, families, staff members, and community partners.
