• Coverage Needs: Weekend on-call coverage and rotating holiday coverage required
• On-Call: Mandatory
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,500 - $2,630
• Transportation: Reliable transportation required; mileage reimbursement provided

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of experience in a CMS/OASIS Home Health program
• Home Health RN experience strongly preferred; 5+ years preferred
• Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining strong clinical judgment
• Reliable transportation for patient visits throughout the Fairbanks, AK area
• Availability for on-call, weekend, and rotating holiday coverage
• Strong documentation, time-management, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients in accordance with the plan of care
• Complete accurate CMS/OASIS assessments and documentation
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, effective outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies
• Travel to patient homes and manage a daily caseload with professionalism and compassion
• Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled, including weekends and holidays
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, communication, and clinical excellence
