Homebuyer Experience Consultant

Clayton Homes (New) is hiring a Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plan selection, options, and the homebuying journey. You will create a world-class experience, demonstrate features, and coordinate the construction process from showroom to move-in.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ months of B2C sales, strong communication, and the ability to work Saturdays. You’ll maintain customer files in our CRM, assist with inventory and model homes, and uphold Clayton’s brand with integrity.
