What You’ll Do
- Drive strategic planning across multiple divisions, aligning operations with NVR’s long-term vision.
- Apply land acquisition expertise to secure the right locations for future growth.
- Set aggressive sales goals, inspire sales teams, and ensure market share growth.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor high-performing teams—building a culture of accountability and success.
- Oversee full P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability and operational excellence.
- Partner with senior leadership to accelerate success through NVR’s proven systems and processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Strategic thinker who sees the big picture and knows how to execute.
- Land acquisition acumen—understanding the importance of location and making smart, data‑driven decisions.
- Sales leadership—motivation of teams and delivery of results.
- People developer—passion for growing talent and building strong leaders.
- Coachable and adaptable—eager to learn and continuously improve.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Multi‑unit leadership experience with full P&L accountability.
- Homebuilding experience is a plus, but not required.
