Analyzing general liability, product liability, property damage, and bodily injury claims, the remote Home State Licensed Claims Representative will manage claims resolution, negotiate settlements, and communicate with clients while ensuring compliance with service expectations and industry best practices. Key responsibilities Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority limits Communicating claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience Home state licensing required Knowledge of claims jurisdiction across all states Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
