Working remotely with potential hybrid options, the full-time Home Retention Analyst will assist borrowers in finding solutions for maintaining home ownership and explore loan liquidation options while managing their mortgage delinquency and default situations. Key responsibilities Review and understand borrower situations, requesting necessary documentation for workout reviews Calculate debt-to-income ratios and underwrite available workout options based on investor guidelines Maintain communication with borrowers to inform them of their loan workout application status and available options Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in mortgage default servicing, loss mitigation, or workout preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, FHA/VA workout requirements and related regulations Experience with MSP is mandatory Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, and MS SharePoint
