Home Infusion RN: Care Coordination & Teaching

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate direct patient care in clients' homes or infusion suites. You will work under supervision to ensure patient safety and adherence to a physician plan of care.

This role requires an active RN license, 3–5 years infusion nursing experience, and valid CPR certification. Travel up to 100% may be required to support patients in the home setting and ambulatory infusion centers.
