The Allegheny Health Network Home Infusion is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for individuals and families. The RN is fully responsible for nursing actions and accountable for quality of care.
Responsibilities include safe infusion therapy in the home, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient education, care coordination, and on-call coverage as needed. PA RN licensure and CPR/PALS are required.
