We're seeking an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacist for a direct-hire opportunity with a leading specialty infusion pharmacy in Syracuse, NY!
Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (potential on-call rotation)
- Start: ASAP
- Type: Direct Hire/Permanent
- System: CareTend
- Prepare and dispense IV and specialty medications using sterile compounding techniques
- Monitor labs, pharmacokinetic dosing, TPN, and medication therapies
- Provide patient and caregiver education on infusion therapy and home administration
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy teams to coordinate patient care
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy, healthcare, and regulatory standards
- Manage inventory and coordinate medication and supply shipments
- 2+ years of infusion specialty pharmacy experience
- Current, active NY Pharmacist license in good standing
- Experience with specialty therapy payer requirements and reimbursement processes
- IVIg experience is a plus
