Home Infusion Billing Specialist

To enhance revenue cycle management, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will collect Home Infusion claims remotely, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while reducing denial rates and bad debt. Key responsibilities: Review outstanding claims and follow up with insurers and patients to collect revenues, building strong customer relationships Analyze denial trends and recommend process improvements to enhance collection rates and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO) Document all case activities and communications accurately in the system, scheduling necessary follow-ups to resolve outstanding claims Required qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in home infusion billing and/or collections High School Diploma with additional specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing and collections Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain complete records of activities and documentation Familiarity with MS Office suite and pharmacy applications
