Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Focused on improving collection rates and reducing denial rates, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage claims collection processes remotely, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established practices. Key responsibilities: Review outstanding claims and follow up with insurers and patients to collect revenues while building strong relationships Analyze denials, identify trends, and recommend process improvements for better collection rates and reduced bad debt Communicate effectively with franchise partners and document all case activity to ensure accurate resolution of outstanding claims Required qualifications: 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience High School Diploma with specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections Proven understanding of billing processes and techniques across various payer types Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear records of activities and documentation Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
