What You'll Do
- Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures and applicable laws.
- Serve as a leader of the healthcare team; delegate tasks appropriately.
- Understand own and team members' scope of practice and escape as appropriate.
- Demonstrate professional, supportive behavior and champion new ideas.
- Lead and direct others through the change process.
- Develop and/or contribute to the individualized plan of care.
- Monitor patients' progress based on the care plan and revise as needed.
- Ensure effective development and completion of discharge plans.
- Ensure patient safety related to medications and procedures.
- Provide an optimal patient care experience by actively listening to patients and families.
