- Pay Range: $1,237.97 - $1,299.87
- Schedule: 8-Hour Days (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
- Requirements: 1 year of experience as an RN, Valid Registered Nurse license, willing to obtain Florida licensure
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes
- Conduct skilled nursing visits and perform assessments
- Create and manage individualized care plans
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes
- Perform home health documentation and manage patient cases autonomously, including OASIS/HHA forms where applicable
