Candidates should be local and willing to travel to the following areas: Brea, Buena Park, Cypress, Fullerton, La Habra, La Palma, Placentia, Stanton and Yorba Linda

Position Summary

As an RN utilizing AI‑powered documentation tools, your primary focus will be on delivering compassionate care while using innovative technology to support clinical documentation. This role allows you to document key patient details, like vitals and pain levels, efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and monitor health status.
• Use AI tools to streamline documentation for better focus on hands‑on care.
• Ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory standards.

Education and Experience

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Minimum of one (1) year nursing practice or equivalent experience required.
• Preferred: Home Health field experience.
• Preferred: IV and Central Line Experience.
• Preferred: Experience with wound care including negative pressure devices.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Required upon hire: California Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed).
• Required within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (Vendor Managed).

Skills

• Mathematical skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units, compute rate, ratio, percentage.
• Language skills: read, analyze, interpret business periodicals and journals; write reports, correspondence, manuals; present information and answer questions; strong written and verbal communication.
• Other skills and abilities: ability to understand, read, write, and speak English; articulate and embrace integrated healthcare at home philosophy; schedule varies to meet department needs; prioritize multiple tasks, work with variety of health unit teams.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The demands include regular standing, walking, manual dexterity, lifting and moving up to 50 lbs, visual acuity requirements, exposure to bodily fluids and infectious diseases; routine use of standard medical equipment. Adaptations can be made to accommodate team members with disabilities.

Pay Range

$53.79 – $66.44
