Home Health Registered Nurse, RN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse for a non‑profit organization with a strong reputation for quality senior care. This role is integral to providing professional nursing care to patients in their homes, supporting seniors and their families, and ensuring exceptional standards of care across the Greater Metro West area.

Schedule & Compensation

Full Time, Part Time or Per Diem hours available. Competitive wages. Student Loan Repayment Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients in a home care environment.
• Record patient histories, perform various diagnostic tests, administer medications, and develop patient home‑care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals.
• Perform examinations and prescribed procedures, operating monitoring medical equipment as necessary.
• Observe patients’ progress and record observations in patient medical records.
• Promote patient independence by teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self‑care skills.

Qualifications

Requires a valid state RN license.
