Position Summary:
As an Home Health RN utilizing AI-powered documentation tools, your primary focus will be on delivering compassionate care while using innovative technology to support clinical documentation. This role allows you to document key patient details, like vitals and pain levels, efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient assessments and monitor health status.
- Use AI tools to streamline documentation for better focus on hands-on care.
- Ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory standards.
Education and/or Experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
- Required - 1 year Professional nursing experience.
- Preferred - Home Health field experience.
- Preferred - IV and Central Line experience
- Preferred - Experience with wound care including negative pressure devices.
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
- Required upon hire: California Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed)
- Required within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)
Pay Range:
$53.79-$66.44 #LI-DM2
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The demands of this role necessitate a team member to effectively perform essential functions. Adaptations can be made to accommodate team members with disabilities. Regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity are fundamental, along with the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
