Elite Home Health, part of the LHC Group and a member of the Optum family, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in‑home nursing care as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with laws and agency policies. All work occurs in a Point of Care setting.
The RN coordinates the total plan of care with the interdisciplinary team, documents care, and participates in on‑call/weekend rotations while supervising aides and LPN/LVNs. A valid RN license and reliable transportation are required.
