Working remotely, the full-time Workplace Health and Safety RN will provide telephonic triage for employee incidents, managing care plans and coordinating access to healthcare services during the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Central Time shifts, Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities Assess employee needs and eligibility for services, ensuring timely case progression Act as the primary contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to care and service access Monitor employee progress and maintain accurate records of interactions and care plans Required qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Kansas Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or associate's degree in nursing (ADN) 2+ years of related nursing experience, preferably in ER, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
