You’ll operate as a 1099 independent contractor, with referrals coordinated via our app and telehealth evaluations arranged by Suru. Maintain treatment continuity by visiting patients in their homes as they become eligible for follow-up care.
We require an active California license and a local business license. You can choose cases to accept, with weekly direct deposit and pay per completed visit.
