Care Essentials Home Health is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with recent Home Health experience to visit patients in their homes in Perris, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Menifee and Hemet and surrounding cities.
You will assess patients under a PT, perform evaluations, follow the plan of care, chart progress and provide timely feedback to therapists and other professionals. We thrive on our patient care in our communities!
