Amedisys is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN/Per-Diem, Weekdays) to provide PT support in patients' homes. You will work under the direction of a licensed therapist and assist with plans of care while documenting progress and maintaining confidentiality.
Qualified candidates have an active PTA license, CAPTE-accredited education, and CPR certification. At least one year of related experience is preferred; mentoring may be required for less experienced applicants.
