The Opportunity

Boost Home Healthcare is a Medicare-certified, ACHC-accredited agency in Brookline. We are looking for one exceptional PT to join our ground-floor team. If you want supplemental income without the red tape of a large corporation, this role is built for you.

Coverage Area: Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Needham, Wellesley, Quincy, and Milton.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Complete accurate OASIS assessments and timely documentation.
• Coordinate care planning with physicians and our clinical team.
• Supervise PTAs as needed per Massachusetts standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Licensure: Active Massachusetts PT license in good standing.
• Experience: 1+ years in home health, outpatient, or rehab preferred.
• Reliability: Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability: Able to commit to at least 15 hours per week.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare OASIS (training is available).
