Job Details

Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Orlando, FL
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: $750-$900/week
Schedule: 8-Hour Days (2 per week) or default to "Discuss with recruiter"
Contract Length: 13 weeks or default to 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly or default to "Local and traveler friendly"
Requirements: 1 year of experience as a PT, Valid Physical Therapist license, Be willing to obtain Florida or compact licensure or default to "Connect with your recruiter for role-specific requirements"

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes
• Conduct skilled therapy visits and perform assessments
• Create and manage individualized care plans
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes
