Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary, $110,000 to $120,000 annually

What You'll Do
- Deliver skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and home exercises
- Complete evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely and accurate manner
- Support care transitions and discharge planning
What We're Looking For
- Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in Washington State (or able to obtain before start date)
- One to two years of experience in physical therapy; home health experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
