At Residential Home Health and Hospice ('Residential'), we are looking to add to our extraordinary care team. Our home health physical therapists collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.

This full‑time position supports patients in Carbondale and surrounding areas as well as in Marion and surrounding areas. Eligibility includes $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first‑year success bonus and an additional $10,000 sign‑on bonus paid within the first 18 months of employment. To receive these bonuses, you must be in good standing and meet performance expectations for the role and status for which you were hired.

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver's license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self‑manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software

Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.
