Physical Therapist Assistant – South San Diego, CA

Rehab House Call, a therapist‑owned and operated company, is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide home‑based care in the South San Diego region.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one physical therapy services in patients' homes
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when required

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in physical therapy (Home Health experience preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
• Valid California Physical Therapist Assistant License
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Current CPR certification; TB test; Professional Liability Insurance
• Pre‑employment physical exam and TB test within the last 6 months
