The Opportunity As a Home Health PTA, you will work directly with patients in their homes, playing a critical role in restoring mobility and enhancing quality of life under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. nEssential Qualifications
nLicensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the State of Michigan.
nHome Health experience preferred (but not required).
nReliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
nAbility to travel to patient homes within the assigned service area (Wayne, Detroit, Canton, Monroe, Romulus).
nStrong documentation and time management skills.

nKey Responsibilities
nImplement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.

nMaintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical guidelines.
