Responsibilities

• Assess and treat adult patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Develop personalized care plans based on patient goals and medical needs.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions for conditions such as arthritis, balance issues, and post‑surgery recovery.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and strategies to maintain independence.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience as a licensed PT, preferably in home health.
• Current Washington PT license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Dependable, insured vehicle.
