Home Health OT - Flexible PRN Schedule & Mileage

Palms-Home-Care is expanding and seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide home health services focused on improving patient independence and safety within their home environment. You will conduct in-home evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, assist with ADLs, and train patients on adaptive equipment, while ensuring compliant documentation and collaboration with the care team.

Florida license holders with OASIS familiarity are preferred; drivers license required;
