- Setting: Hybrid (Home Visits & Virtual)
- Location: San Antonio, TX
- Schedule: Mon‑Fri (8 a.m.–5 p.m.)
- Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Core NP (Homecare): Travel to patients’ homes
- Conduct assessments both in patients’ homes and in a virtual environment
- Counsel and educate patients and families about benefits and programs available
Qualifications
- Active TX license
- Board certified
- 2 years experience in poly‑chronic conditions
- DEA Certificate
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year (bonuses available). Receive a paycheck every Friday. 100% malpractice insurance coverage.
