Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Putnam County, NY

Our client is looking to add home health registered nurses (RN) throughout New York. As an RN for a CHHA, you will visit patients in their home to complete assessments and deliver skilled nursing care for various patients.

Responsibilities for Home Health Registered Nurse

• Perform home care assessments.
• Implement the Plan of Treatment, including wound care, injections, medication management, etc.
• Supervise home health aides.

Requirements for Home Health Registered Nurse

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in New York.
• Prior home care experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Compensation for Home Health Registered Nurse

• Salary Range: $95K - $110K
• Sign on Bonus
