The Opportunity As a Home Health COTA, you will work directly with patients in their homes to help them regain independence with daily activities. You will implement treatment plans developed by an Occupational Therapist, playing a key role in helping patients safely return to their routines in a familiar environment. Are You the Right Fit? nEssential Qualifications
nLicensed COTA in the State of Michigan.
nHome Health experience preferred (but not required).
nReliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
nAbility to travel to patient homes within the assigned service area (Wayne, Detroit, Canton, Monroe, Romulus).
nStrong communication and documentation skills.

nKey Responsibilities
nImplement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
nProvide skilled OT interventions (ADLs, fine motor skills, coordination) in patient homes.
nEducate patients and caregivers on home safety, adaptive equipment, and exercises.
nAccurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
nCommunicate status effectively with the supervising OT and healthcare team.
nMaintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical guidelines.
