Responsibilities (will vary by client):

• Follow a plan of care
• Companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Transportation
• Personal care (bathing, toileting)
• Communicate professionally with families and your team
• Use Sara Stedy lift to assist with transfers
