Responsibilities
The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse supervises LPNs and Home Health Aides.
Qualifications
- Requires 1 year recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
