Your Health Organization is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve our Wound Care patients across the PeeDee area. The Nurse Case Manager will visit patients in homes and facilities, coordinate with providers, facilitate telemedicine visits, and initiate Care Management plans.
A valid RN license (RN preferred) and reliable transportation are required; travel is daily. 8-hour shifts are Monday through Thursday, 7am–6pm.
