Home-Based Behavior Technician (RBT) – Flexible Hours, BCBA Supervision

Strive ABA Therapy in Watertown, MA is hiring Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement treatment plans addressing behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills.

This role offers flexible, part-time hours, local travel to client homes, and ongoing BCBA supervision. Pay ranges from $23 to $30 per hour, depending on certification, education, and experience.
