In addition, they work closely with the sales department to produce marketing or samples of holiday designs to support holiday sales growth.Key Performance IndicatorsTo foster a culture of a safe work environment and work safelyConsistent and on time completion of all holiday productionClean and organize holiday storage in warehouse throughout the year in preparation for the holiday seasonPrincipal Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdhere to holiday designs production and schedules including nights and weekends when requiredFollow design instruction and schedule outlined by the holiday supervisor/managersEnsure lights are in good working order in all holiday decorDecorate trees, garland, wreaths etc. according to design outlineReceive inventory and label/organize within the warehouseWork in a safe, clean and organized fashionMoving holiday product, standing for long periods of time, bending and liftingEnsure customer satisfactionComply with all Health and Safety requirementsConduct health and safety audits of each employee to ensure work is in accordance with the safety policies of the company and other government regulatory agenciesEnsure that written health and safety procedures for each job task are up to date and available to include any potential health and safety risk in site specific areasAttend any required Health & Safety meetings or training sessionsAbility to work inside and outside the warehouse dependent on business needsCANDIDATE SUMMARYRequired ExperiencePrior experience not required, experience in holiday design or equivalent preferredRequired Leadership Traits and CharacteristicsAttention to detailAbility to work independently and follow directionStrong organizational skillsStrong time management skillsFormal Education, Qualifications or TrainingHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.Base Pay RangeHourly: $17.00 - $25.00While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
